If you could just realize what you are doing and being, as well as realizing what you are not doing or being, as you are meditating, and incorporate that into your life, you would begin to live meditatively. Yes, meditation is a practice and it is a practice to show you how to move through and be with life. Add those qualities into your everyday life, as you are moving through life and your relationship with life and living will be transformed.
