A New Habit

Life is a series of unfolding situations and events. The mind habitually looks for reasons to sustain its unconsciousness and habitually labels situations to maintain that unconsciousness. Since the mind habitually does this and we habitually play along, the situations often looks gloomy, bleak, dark, and out of control, because the mind naturally looks for problems. Are you going to see that habit, and begin to practice presence or continue to maintain a gloomy, bleak, dark and out of control life?
Affirmation and Thought for the Day:
I choose Now to practice presence and continue to practice presence until it becomes a new habit.
